Asia is too vast a land mass to fit on to a mapping sheet, although one day I hope Lan will do so (if anyone can, it’s her!) South East Asia consists of the portion of Asia south of China and east of India – essentially Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, Myanmar/Burma, Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, and the Philippines. This, in itself, is a vast and densely populated part of the world. As a regional map, we are attempting to provide travel assistance to those seeing several countries on one trip, usually a tour, or increasingly a cruise. For example, Lan and myself are taking a cruise from Hong Kong to Singapore via Vietnam, the Philippines, and Malaysia. This map will be ideal for our purposes. Cruising Asia is the fastest-growing area of travel, so this newly-updated map is very useful.
